Recreation of an original fairy tale story and adapting it to modern day Johanneburg.
"Hansel and Gretel" is a popular German fairy tale that has been adapted into numerous films andadaptations over the years. One notable adaptation is the 2013 action-horrorfilm titled "Hansel & Gretel: Witch Hunters.”
Synopsis of the recreation
This is a story of two siblings who are twins(Mazwi and Tshepiso), who are born in a family of ex gangsters(theirparents). One night a rival gang they once were in war with found them andtried to kill them and their children. Luckily the father managed to make sure that the kids escapes. After theincident Mazwiand Tshepiso went to live with their uncle in Hillbrow, where they learned a lot, like self defence how to use a gun and stuff. Their uncle is a taxi boss. Mazwi and Tshepiso end up working for the guy that killed their parents whenthey were young, but they had no clue. One night while on a job they doublecrossed their boss. The boss decides to put a hit on them and the uncle. Oneday the uncle was shot and taken to the hospital, before drawing his lastbreath he decides to tell Mazwiand Tshepiso about the man they were working for and what he did in the past. So Mazwi and Tshepiso decides to stop running andchase down everyone who is connected to the gang boss and kill them.
